This
Monte Carlo Cowl Induction hood is primered with an Electro-Deposit Primer (EDP) which is electrically charged to the hood, creating
an all over barrier to
prevent rust and provide for excellent paint
adhesion. Quality hoods perfectly duplicate the fit of
your original hood. Installation is strictly bolt-on, requiring no more adjustment than is required with an OEM
factory hood.
However as with any new hood, you may have
to adjust hinges, fenders and grilles for
proper gaps and fit. Remember
to always test fit the hood before painting
to insure proper fit!
